Pricing
All prices for From The Earth products are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. From The Earth reserves the right to change any price or product without prior notice.
Ordering and freight
We have an online ordering system using a Paypal shopping cart. Please alow 24 hours for orders to be dispatched. We do not have a pick-up service, orders must be posted. We use Australia Post standard post satchels for postage of products. If you would like to see, feel, smell our products before you purchase you are welcome to visit us at the Revesby Craft Fair which is held every 4th Saturday of the month at Able Reserve, Cnr The River Rd and Marco Pde, Revesby from 9am to 3pm. You can purchase directly from us at the Revesby Craft Fair. You may also email your orders in and we will provide bank account details for payment if you prefer. Freight charges apply to all orders posted out. Unfortunately, we are unable to track and trace orders sent out with standard Australia Post service. If you would like your order tracked and traced we can provide this through Australia Post at extra cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if you feel your order has gone missing. We do our best to ensure goods are protected from damage but cannot be responsible whilst stock is in transit.
Payments
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch unless you have agreed to other payment terms in writing with From The Earth.
Labelling
From The Earth labelling is compliant with the Trade Practices ACT 1974. Each soap comes labelled listing every ingredient by law. All bottled products are also labelled listing all ingredients used. If you have allergies or suspect you have allergies to any topical ingredient you may have used in the past please read From The Earth labels carefully so as to avoid any potential allergic reaction. Please also bear in mind that anyone may be allergic to or have an unwanted response to anything, even completely natural ingredients, so reactions to From The Earth products may be rare and random. From The Earth takes no responsibility if you have any reaction to a product with an ingredient you know you have an allergy to. At all times we use ingredients that have been shown to have the least potential skin reaction.
Insurance
From The Earth is covered with product liability insurance.
Product storage and use
We recommend that all From The Earth soaps and products are stored at room temperature away from moisture and humidity. Soaps should be left to drain on a soap dish that allows air circulation between uses to prolong the life of the soap. Using a shower sponge or scrunchy will also give you more uses out of each soap rather than lathering directly onto the skin.
